Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $32 within the contiguous United States. The minimum purchase amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
